
I joined Krishana's DDH Team in 2015. It is an independent design team with key focus on Usability Testing and designing, with its primary focus on user pain points and improving the overall user experience.
I evaluated Usability problem in the existing eco-system. After analysis I also did end user interview based on the persona's set for the Demography and types of users. After, This we get flexibility to focus on complex use cases and solved possible design relaated and user related problems.
