I joined Murali's Team in 2017. At Snowtint Pvt Ltd in Bangalore, I served as a User Experience (UX) Researcher and Designer with a diverse set of responsibilities. My role involved conducting qualitative, contextual inquiries by designing comprehensive studies, recruiting participants, and facilitating research interviews. Additionally, I played a crucial role in client requirement workshops, engaging stakeholders from various levels within client organizations. One of my primary tasks was to document client requirements, translating them into clear user requirements and interaction design annotations on wireframes, prototypes, and other low-fidelity representations of the user experience. I conducted in-depth analysis of design research, creating behavioral personas and developing user scenarios, mental models, and user journey maps. Furthermore, I played a key role in extrapolating the product vision by synthesizing primary research findings with the client's vision. I was involved in the high-level information architecture of digital ecosystems, creating site maps or application maps for single or multichannel platforms.

In the realm of UI design, I conceptualized and visualized low-fidelity representations of UI elements, utilizing wireframes, paper, or other experience prototyping techniques. I ensured detailed annotation of interaction design and interface behavior on wireframes and prototypes. As part of the usability testing process, I conducted thorough analysis, synthesis, and documentation of usability issues, presenting the findings in a comprehensive test report. Overall, my time at Snowtint Pvt Ltd involved a multifaceted approach to UX research and design, combining qualitative research, client collaboration, and detailed documentation to enhance the user experience of digital products.
